Meal replacement bars are one of the hardest things to find (decent myself, that is). Usually, what you get, however, is both a protein meal replacement bars, soft texture, or a nice chocolate bar wrapper and filled with the requirements of the ads. In order to have a meal replacement bar, should have a reasonable amount of protein, complex carbohydrates, good fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
The main problem with most of the bars is that they are solid state and make them taste a part honorably manufacturers to add the sugar and / or chemicals. I was looking for a decent meal replacement bars for years and I had the opportunity to taste really good and really bad. Following an overview of a couple of them. E ‘was certainly difficult to find a meal replacement bar, which meets my criteria. Just in case you have not visited one of my sites yet, this is the criteria that I chose and recommend the bars, smoothies, snacks, recipes and food in general.
# Natural is always the best! Do not allow people (or companies) to convince you that a product is better than the food itself, and remember I’m not talking about fried chicken, but fruits and vegetables, nuts, healthy oils , lean meats and whole grains. If we could base our diet on food we would not have to worry about meal replacements at all!
# If the natural knowledge is available is the second best. With what I’m saying you need to read nutrition labels and ingredients. Learn what a good ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat is your goal. Learn what are the good fats and bad fats, which recognize carbohydrates are complex carbohydrates, which come from sugar.
# Speaking of sugar, make sure that if you’re going to eat something sweet fill you with chemicals and artificial sweeteners. They have nothing for you but give a bad aftertaste (and who knows, maybe a bad headache, or even cancer ….). Also, try to stay away from high fructose corn syrup, it reflects in general a bad product. I do not have sugar, but when chemically modify to make it sweeter, and much more convenient, without worrying about what actually can cause our bodies … then there are a lot of it. Try to stay as natural as possible. Sucralose (Splenda), saccharin, aspartame, acesulfame K. .. if you see them on the label to drive any other way!
# Calories. I’m sure you heard about calories, counting calories and empty calories, and you’re practically made of calories, but the truth is that excess calories stored as fat in our body. Plain and simple. If you do not have calories stored as fat, make sure you burn through physical activity. meal replacement bars are loaded with calories, so make sure that not only sugar (any type of it), or saturated fats or simple expenses. Ingredients .
# Look at the list of ingredients. If you can not pronounce the ingredients of the best (vitamins are the foundation and have names that are hard to say) not to eat. Also, if the first ingredient is sugar …. You may want to go about it.
